Bark Productions is one of the premier production companies in the Midwest. Founded by seasoned agency producers Brad Slaughter and Mark Schotte in 1999, Bark grew to such a degree that they opened post-production studio 19 Below in 2007.

Together Bark and 19 Below create award-winning content including production, creative editorial, motion design/animation, color grade, and post-audio services.

Our expansive 20,000+ square foot state of the art facility is designed to meet the diverse production needs of both video production and post-production. With a spacious, open workspace, we offer a collaborative environment that includes an insert shooting stage, dedicated work areas, conference rooms, large edit bays, comfortable lounges, kitchen amenities, and secure parking for your team. Our facility offers our production crews on-site access to our full range of professional cameras, lighting, and production support.

19 below also grew fast, providing editorial, graphics & effects, audio mix, and color correction services, 19below has proven to be a solid counterpunch to Bark’s original mission of high end film production in the Heart of America. The association, with national offices in New York and Los Angeles as well as regional chapters across the country, serves as a strong collective voice for this $5 billion-plus industry. AICP members account for 85 percent of all domestic commercials aired nationally on all media platforms.
